One of the best Zendesk features is the hundreds of partnerships with third party APP vendors that enhance support capabilities. Many of the Apps are free while others have monthly or subscription charges. We currently use several apps that help enhance our capabilities. Some of the apps are role or group based. You can submit us a request if you would like access to an app that’s not displaying for you. The Apps panel is displayed on the right pane of your ticket view. You can hide or expand the Apps pane by clicking on the Apps button.
PDF Viewer
Easily view or download any PDF attachments in the ticket.
- Click on the PDF that you would like to view.
2. The viewer will open with the PDF document. You can view, print or download the PDF.
Attachments Plus
Easy to use app that allows you to quickly view, download, and search any attachments, images, and links.
1. Click on the file type you want to view.
2. Select the image that you want to view.
3. You can view the image or download the file.
User Data
Requester information at your fingertips. Allows you to quickly view the requester's contact information and ticket activity
