Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all Homebridge personnel to login to many Homebridge resources, such as Outlook.
If you can't get into Outlook, Office 365, or other Homebridge resources today, please confirm you've successfully setup MFA.
To Setup MFA:
- Browse to https://aka.ms/MFASetup.
- Login with your Homebridge email and password.
- Click Set it up now.
- Select Authentication Phone from the drop-down.
- Confirm your cell phone number is correct.
- Select Send me a code by text message.
- Click Next.
- You will receive a text message on your cell phone with a verification code. Type that code into the field, as requested.
- Click Done.
Periodically, when logging into Homebridge resources, you will be prompted to provide a verification code sent to your cell phone.
